The Brandinghouse

The Brandinghouse provides creative communications and advertising solutions for complete brand management from initial development through implementation, stewardship and brand evolution. We recognize that advertising can have a powerful influence on behavior; therefore, we are committed to working with socially minded businesses and organizations that create value.

We are a company with expertise in art direction, program management, visual design, written communications, public relations, marketing research and strategy, new media and web technologies. Our team includes exceptional photographers, voice and acting talent, web programmers and eCommerce specialists. The Brandinghouse is led by owners Toby and Jennifer Maurer.

Born into a family of working artists, Toby was raised in graphic design studios, galleries and art classes. He received formal training through several apprenticeships with nationally recognized artists. He has spent more than 20 years in the printing, software, and advertising industries learning the nuances of multimedia and internet communications.

Toby has served on numerous community development boards and was marketing director and assistant director for the Colorado Discover Ability disabled ski program. He was vice president of the Citizens for Hilton Area Revitalization and helped the nonprofit secure $5.5 million for neighborhood and business district improvements.

Jennifer is an editor and published writer with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations and a master’s degree in sociology. She has served on fundraising boards and as Communications Chair for the Board of Directors at Rainbow Mountain Children’s School. Before joining the Brandinghouse, Jennifer worked in the environmental industry as a technical editor.
